These Terms & Conditions apply to training, certification courses, private instruction, group training, and related services provided by CPR By Jeremy LLC. By registering for a course, scheduling training, submitting payment, or participating in a class, you agree to the terms below.

Training Services

CPR By Jeremy LLC provides CPR, First Aid, AED, Basic Life Support (BLS), safety, and related training programs through organizations including the American Heart Association (AHA) and Health & Safety Institute (HSI).

Courses may be offered as instructor-led training, blended learning, skills sessions, private instruction, or

group training depending on the program selected.

Course availability, format, duration, certification requirements, and pricing may vary by course.

Registration and Scheduling

Registration is not considered complete until all required registration information and payment requirements have been satisfied.

Training dates and times are subject to availability. CPR By Jeremy LLC makes every effort to accommodate requested dates, including evenings and weekends, but no specific date or time is guaranteed until confirmed.

CPR By Jeremy LLC provides mobile training and may conduct classes at homes, workplaces, schools, businesses, organizations, or other agreed-upon locations.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the training location provides a safe and appropriate environment with adequate space for instruction and hands-on skills practice.

Payment

Course fees are due according to the payment terms presented during registration, booking, or invoicing.

Accepted payment methods may vary and will be displayed at checkout or provided on the applicable invoice.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Once a registration or booking has been confirmed, the agreed-upon price for that registration will generally remain in effect unless the scope of the requested training changes.

Additional charges may apply for special requests, significant travel, additional students, additional course materials, or other services outside the original booking.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that schedules change and will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests.

Cancellations, rescheduling requests, missed appointments, and no-shows may be subject to the

cancellation or rescheduling policy provided at the time of booking.

Fees already incurred for course materials, online learning access, digital course keys, or other nonrecoverable expenses may not be refundable.

CPR By Jeremy LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course due to illness, severe weather, unsafe travel conditions, emergencies, instructor availability, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. When this occurs, reasonable efforts will be made to arrange a new training date.

Blended Learning and Online Course Portions

Some courses include an online learning component that must be completed before an in-person skills session.

Students are responsible for completing all required online coursework before attending the scheduled hands-on session unless otherwise instructed.

Online course access, course keys, or digital learning materials issued through AHA, HSI, or another third-party provider may be subject to that provider’s own terms and restrictions.

Once digital course access has been issued or activated, associated charges may be non-refundable.

Course Completion and Certification

Registration and attendance alone do not guarantee certification.

Students must meet all applicable course requirements, which may include attendance, participation, hands-on skills evaluations, written examinations, online coursework, surveys, or other requirements established by the applicable training organization.

Certification cards or course completion documents are issued only after all required components have been successfully completed.

Certification cards may be issued electronically. Timing may vary depending on the course, training organization, and completion of all required documentation.

Same-day certification cards may be available for certain courses but are not guaranteed in every circumstance.

Student Responsibility

Students are responsible for providing accurate registration information, including their name, email address, telephone number, and any other information required for certification.

Students should notify CPR By Jeremy LLC as soon as possible if registration information is incorrect.

Students are expected to behave appropriately and respectfully during training. CPR By Jeremy LLC reserves the right to discontinue training for anyone whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, threatening, or inappropriate.

Physical Participation

CPR and First Aid courses may require kneeling, bending, performing chest compressions, using training equipment, and participating in other hands-on activities.

Students should notify the instructor of any limitation that may affect their ability to participate safely.

Reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate participants when possible; however, certification requirements established by AHA, HSI, or another certifying organization must still be satisfied.

Minors

Some training programs may be appropriate for minors depending on the course and applicable program requirements.

A parent, guardian, school, organization, or responsible adult may be required to authorize participation where appropriate.

Mobile and Group Training

There is no general minimum class size unless otherwise specified for a particular course or booking.

Private training for individuals and on-site training for groups may be available.

Group organizers are responsible for providing accurate participant information, ensuring access to the training location, and communicating relevant scheduling information to participants.

Final pricing may depend on the number of participants, location, course type, required materials, and other factors.

Travel and Service Area

CPR By Jeremy LLC primarily provides mobile training throughout its advertised service area in New York and northern New Jersey.

Training outside the normal service area may be available by special arrangement and may involve additional travel charges.

Weather and Emergencies

Safety takes priority when severe weather, dangerous road conditions, emergencies, or other hazardous circumstances affect travel or training.

CPR By Jeremy LLC reserves the right to delay, relocate, reschedule, or cancel training when conditions are considered unsafe.

Third-Party Training Organizations

CPR By Jeremy LLC provides courses associated with organizations such as the American Heart Association and Health & Safety Institute but operates as an independent business.

References to AHA, HSI, or other organizations do not imply ownership of or endorsement by those organizations beyond applicable instructor, training center, alignment, or program relationships.

Course standards, certification requirements, materials, and policies established by those organizations may change and are outside the control of CPR By Jeremy LLC.

Training Materials and Intellectual Property

Course materials, videos, manuals, digital content, logos, trademarks, and other copyrighted materials remain the property of their respective owners.

Students may not reproduce, distribute, record, sell, or publicly share protected course materials except where specifically permitted.

Content created by CPR By Jeremy LLC, including website materials, written content, graphics, and training resources, may not be reproduced or used commercially without permission.

Website Information

CPR By Jeremy LLC makes reasonable efforts to keep course descriptions, schedules, pricing, availability, and other website information accurate.

Information may occasionally change or contain errors. CPR By Jeremy LLC reserves the right to correct errors, update information, or modify offerings when necessary.

Limitation of Liability

CPR By Jeremy LLC provides training and education intended to help participants develop emergency response skills.

Completion of a course does not guarantee a particular outcome during an actual emergency.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CPR By Jeremy LLC is not responsible for losses, injuries, damages, or outcomes resulting from the later use, misuse, or failure to use information or skills taught during training.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to waive rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

Changes to These Terms

CPR By Jeremy LLC may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

The version posted on the website at the time of registration or booking will generally apply to that transaction unless otherwise agreed in writing.
